Land Trust for Louisiana and Canoe & Trail Adventures will co-host this exciting canoe and kayak adventure! Treat yourself to a day of relaxation while paddling and floating down the beautiful Bogue Falaya River.

We are exploring a new route this year as we paddle the Bogue Falaya River’s meandering course and modest currents along the white sand bars and heavily forested banks.

Speakers will share information about local ecosystems and habitats, explaining the importance and benefits of the flora and fauna that we see as we float down the river together.  The paddle should end around mid-afternoon and refreshments will be served!   Please pack a lunch and a drinks to enjoy during lunch break.  Proceeds will go to the Land Trust for Louisiana to help preserve valuable lands and waterways of our great state and to Canoe & Trail Adventures for the services of their guides, use of the canoes and accessories.

Advance registration is required even if you are bringing your own canoe or kayak.
