There are many ways in which you can volunteer your time!

Event Planning — Attend monthly conference calls and help to get sponsors, print materials, ask for silent auction items and anything you think will be helpful to planning a successful event.

Event Volunteer–One-day service at one of our events to help in a variety of ways including registration, set-up, clean-up, and more! 

Assist with Grant Writing–Assist our Development Director in a variety of ways to help research and complete one of many possible grant applications

Event Table Person–We need folks that can spend 2-4 hours to help “man the station” at various events throughout the year, this would include handing out brochures and brief conversations to describe our mission, and signing up new members and contacts

Speakers Bureau–A great way to speak to others about our mission and projects, particularly organizations such as garden clubs, Rotary clubs, etc.

Stewardship–Learn how to assist in monitoring our properties and be part of that team.

Nature Specialist–We need birders, biologists, and other naturalists to help narrate our hikes and canoe outings

GIS Mapping–Help with creating and printing maps from the Geographic Information System

Website Management–Do you know WordPress? We need your help to do on-going maintenance and make updates.

Social Media–If you are good at social media marketing, you can help keep our Facebook page up-to-date and promote LTL and its events.
